Shortly after arriving at work Charles was alerted to a situation involving a homeless man who was defecating in the loading dock. Being the one not in charge, Charles was sent to address the pooper and explain the problem to him as we saw it. His problem was that he needed to take care of business. Day off. Church, then went to the store, bought a cooked turkey breast and went up into the mountains to eat it. Went to mother’s class to help set up, then I went to an art supply store and bought a drawing table (143 dollars). The table is mahogany and is very nice. It’ll make work much easier. Salad for dinner.

This morning I got up and went for a partial run. Some people that live on the private hill that I run up were taking a walk, so that cut my run short, unfortunately. 4th of July and sisters birthday yesterday. And work; the someone at the museum decided security should work. Less money for them.

Today: Last day of tamayo and boy am I ever glad about that! After looking at his paintings for 100 days, I can fairly say that he's a half-rate painter. Got up this morning to the sound of the cat meowing. I took a shower. By that time Dave was up. We went down town so he could get a shirt and I could get a camera card. Both these things were accomplished. After that we went to go get pizza for the brides maids. We dropped that off at the church and then went home to get ready for the wedding. When ( Read more... )

Yesterday I picked up Natalie from the airport. We got a hamburger, then went back to the airport to pick up betsy. We dumped her off at the Holiday inn (the next day, today, she went to santa cruze for a day), and then we spent the rest of the day doing stuff ( Read more... )
