Finally getting back into gear... did my 3km run last night and I have to admit I felt better. Ann mentioned wouldn't it be great if we were exercise junkies? I think I'm becoming one, I know it doesn't show ahahaha but if I don't exercise for 3 days I feel horrid; my tummy bloats, I get annoyed faster, I can't sleep as well and well...
