WOOPS I meant to post this yesterday but I was so sleep-deprived I ended up crashing really hard kind of early, haha.
But! For the lady's anniversary! There was a big update for their ukagaka/ghost!
-Smoker now has an option in her menu for her to talk to other Ghosts! To have multiple ghosts running, right click her and go to "Call Ghost" to bring one up. They don't have a lot of dialogue for other ghosts at the moment, except for...
-Quo's Jockey Ghost! Yes, the ladies are now all together and will all talk to each other! If you don't already have Jockey, you can pick up her .nar here.
-Hunter and Smoker will talk to Jockey, and she'll talk to them in return! Once they've recognized each other as being present, they'll switch over to joint dialogue until you send one of them away. There is A LOT of different dialogue! In particular, there is totally different dialogue when Jockey speaks to them first instead of them speaking to Jockey first. There is also new dialogue when Charger is out, when they've been turned into eggplants, when they're in various sleeping configurations, and if they go into creepymode. I think, I didn't test creepymode too closely since it's really annoying to get out of.
-When Jockey is keyed into them, she should notice when they fall asleep or get turned into eggplants, or when Charger leaves and comes. If she’s not reacting to those things happening, have her say something to Hunter and Smoker via her menu and she should begin registering it.
-Checking Hunter and Smoker's anchor for Jockey will get new dialogue if she's out.
-Dialogue wondering about where she is got shuffled so it should only come up when she's not present.
-Another quick reminder that this is still kind of new and glitchy so they may exhibit some odd behavior every now and then.
This took WAY longer than I thought it would, I forgot how tedious formatting ghost dialogue and especially for Hunter and Smoker, since they have a billion surfaces and they're not in any kind of order so it can take a long time to find the pose I want. And then there's Charger, so there's THREE characters to properly set up! It's tiring, haha. I should really write more dialogue for Gaster and the brothers as well but it's also tiring...
It's strange to think that this marks the ninth anniversary. Next year, it will have been ten years. :O It's shocking to think about it, time is an illusion, haha. Things have really changed since then in a lot of ways...
