So hey, they're doing remakes of Ruby and Sapphire! Which I'm sure like the whole internet knows by now, but it's true! Apparently. Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire which REALLY BUGS ME BECAUSE IT SHOULD BE THE OTHER WAY AROUND no one refers to it as Sapphire and Ruby its RUBY AND SAPPHIRE THIS IS GOING TO BUG THE HECK OUT OF ME
But anyway, like NOTHING is known about it except that it's going to happen in November this year, which seems... pretty quick after X and Y, come to think of it. Isn't that about a year? Maybe that'd explain why X and Y felt a bit rushed story-wise? I wonder what they'll add to it - Heart Gold/Soul Silver added some really neat mechanics that I liked, like the berry pots and the Pokemon following you and stuff. It'd be neat to see something like that. :o
Although I am super curious what would happen if I imported my old Sapphire pokemon into a new Sapphire game. WHAT WOULD HAPPEN THEN?? I mean with Red/Blue and Gold/Silver you literally could not transfer them up, but RuSa are still compatible, I mean, I have all my Sapphire teams in my Black 2 cart right now. Would they come to Hoenn from Hoenn after a long journey through time? I AM INTERESTED IN THIS QUESTION
Also god I hope they make getting the Regis easier although UGH I'LL HAVE ANOTHER SET OF THE STUPID THINGS AT THIS RATE UGH, HOW MANY REGIS DOES ONE PERSON NEED
But in other news, check out this kickstarter! It's for a platforming game with a non-white female main character (yesss) getting trapped by a neglected doll in a bunch of worlds based on children's anxieties/fears and the like. IT LOOKS COOL AND ALSO YOU MAY RECOGNIZE THE ART BECAUSE JAZ IS DOING IT!! Which gives me great confidence that this game will get finished no matter what happens because Jaz is super dedicated and will finish everything herself if she has to SHE WILL NOT JUST FLAKE OUT ON YOU SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THAT
But it looks really neat, so you should check it out and toss some bucks their way!
