Go easy on the hooks and upper cuts....I did a bunch at the gym yesterday and my shoulders are sore. I can imagine what it would feel like if I was recovering from major shoulder surgery! Also (hate to sound like the Mother Hen Ninja here....)....careful not to lock out your elbow on jabs. Leads to tendonitis in the elbow which take forever to heal.

Hey Liz! Thanks for the care and concern about the workout. But fear not. I know better than to be foolish with the punches. I will go past the point of relative comfort but not to point of actual pain. My abs are actualy more sore than my shoulder today because I did some ab work along with Tae Bo. As far as the shoulder goes, I am working hard on building up muscle and increasing the range of motion. Fun stuff. And just to bring you some peace of mind, Billy Blanks is VERY intense about not over extending the elbow. But don't worry about being the "Ninja Mother Hen", I think you are a very dear person. And when someone gives me caring advice about punching people... It brings a tear to me eye!

The DVD was put on hold because of my shoulder surgery. It's kind of my baby, and I want to make sure it's good. Fear not though, I still have good plans for it. With plenty of Easter eggs.
