On the Rogue Blades front: Our first weekend at Derbyshire went tremendously well. In fact, we had someone put a clip up on Youtube. Check it out by searching for "Rogue Blades at Derbyshire." It was an off the cuff joke during one of our end of the day shows. The crowds at the faire have been small, but it was a very warm-Father's Day weekend. I'm really looking forward to a great weekend this upcoming one. If you are up in the Muskegon area, swing on by. Check out the faire at http://www.derbyshirerenfaire.com/index.php
On the shoulder front: Things are progressing nicely. Not just on the shoulder front but on the fitness front. I've stepped up my exercise bike workout to 30 minutes a day. I've also stepped up the weight workout with the dumbells. Now I've added Tae Bo into the mix. I'll admit, my shoulder is a little suspect and I'm hesitant to throw some of the punches with any kind of OOOMPH! But throwing punches I am and it's feeling good to be moving forward.
Today, I have a dentist appointment at 3:00.
Tonight, I meet with my writer droogs at the B&N on Monroe Street. See my OhNo's there. You've been missed.
Other than that, I got nothin'. I'd better get on with the really important stuff before
Major congrats go out to our winners from last Thursday. annerism correctly identified the music lyrics from
AC/DC's Back in Black, scattered_pearl nabbed the movie points by identifying the quote from the sci-fi spectacular "Men in Black" and _wastrel put the two together and identified our hidden theme... the color Black. Will our trivial vacuum cleaners continue their point gathering ways or will they let the points fall onto the metaphorical carpets of their equally metaphorical trivial palaces? We shall see...
