So, uh.

I asked what I would need to know for the rest of the week.

Then I drew the Six of Swords.

I have no fucking clue how to interpret this card. It seems a little, um, deep and heavy for the context of the question. It's possible that what it actually refers to is something that's bothering me, but it could be any number of things.

... I'll draw a clarifier.

Nine of Cups, reversed.

Um...

I think it's telling me to cut down on sugar.

No, really. I've taken to putting honey in my coffee every morning, and I really, really need to not do that. For the sake of keeping my perfect teeth perfect, if nothing else.

O... kay... So if I cease the overindulgence (as my reverse Nine of Cups instructs) then the end of this transition will have a positive outcome (as the Six of Swords suggests).

This sounds really simplistic but, if I interpret it in the context of the question, then that's the most likely thing that's going on, here. And it is, indeed, a good point, and it is indeed something that I was aware of but had been kind of ignoring because damn it, I like honey in my coffee.

...The other possibility is that it refers to something Deep and Meaningful, but I don't think that's it. (Or maybe I'm choosing not to interpret it that way, but. Eh.)

Another possibility is that this could be interpreted in a fandom context. Fandom transitions, and over-indulgences in that area, as well as neglect of other things (keeping up with people, working on my existing wips, etc). That is indeed also possible. But, I don't know.

I have no clue what I'm doing with this reading. I, uh. I think I'm going to declare this one quits for tonight.
