I am Ashamed....
Gosh.... I am so ashamed of the customer, the call-centre staff, Astro.. and of course the PR lady!! MALAYSIA, so malu!! I really hope Air Asia will do better. It's the only Malaysian based company that I am proud of so far...
"If it's their problem, then what is your problem? Can I know?.. I am FROM PR. Have your Astro this thing, given you all enough.. what is this.. lesson or not?... Grade up your English?"...LOL!.... hahahaha... She deserves the Best Supporting Actress. Gosh.. if this is the kind of person doing PR and teaching English in Malaysia... hmmmm....
I kind of suspect that the PR lady planned this entire thing, hoping to land a PR job in Astro.... hahaha..
Ok, I always thought my English is not very good.. now I finally understand why I've always scored A for all my English exams and received Book Prize for Best English... Maybe I really should go back and setup a PR/ Training Company!
