Why have I not blogged??
I dunno. Maybe I really have nothing to write. Maybe reading what others write is more fun.What have I done?
I don't remember anything significant that I did in January.
I went home for Chinese New Year in February.
I went to Bangkok in March with someone I was dating then and a bunch of friends from KL. And the date ended the relationship 2 weeks after that.
I lived in Shanghai for a month from late Feb to March.
I went for Songkran in April.
I went Phuket in May and got my PADI Advance License.. somehow.
I attended 3 weddings in May and MC for 2 of them, one of which was held in Singapore.
I have been having a lot of sex.
Right now, I am hunting for an apartment.
The next time you the airport express, take note of the announcement. It says "in-town check-in is conveniently available for everyone travelling to and fro the airport"... Why do you need in-town check-in when you are travelling from the airport?? And is it just me who felt something wrong about the East Asian Games motto.. "Be The Legend"???
On my last flight back from Peking, I watched "He's Just Not That Into You". One scene spoke to me very loudly. I teared. Jennifer Anniston was really frustrated with her sisters' husbands who did not make her life easier when she was occupied by her sick dad. When she was about the breakdown, she found the guy whom she broke off with cleaning up the dishes and finishing up all the chores in the kitchen. This is the man whom she broke off with for refusing to marry her.
Maybe someone doesn't dare to commit to something because he loves you so much that he is afraid of falling short and hurting you?
Maybe someone doesn't love you the way you want it because he knows fully well that "your way" is not the best.
Maybe there's no destination because continuing on the journey keeps both parties interested and excited.
If only I'd learn this earlier.... too late now. Too late.
