Complain Against ToastBox HK!

I am very unforgiving! Especially when I had such a terrible day, worked until 9pm, yet I can't even get my dinner served properly! And since the last experience was also bad.. I have to complain until they do something about it.

Having lived in Singapore for the last 9 years, I've always been on the lookout for Singaporean Brand Foodstores... I was glad to know they open a branch in CWB and have been frequently going there for meals, proudly introducing it to my friends that THIS is from SINGAPORE! And by that.. I expect the service to be of nothing less.

Last weekend, 1st August, at about 5pm, I went there for a meal. On a crowded Saturday afternoon, two male staff were actually trying to pick a fight! One was shouting loudly and he seems to be very proud to have gotten everyone's attention.

Today was worst. I decided to stop by for dinner on my way home from work. I ordered a spiced pork instant noodle. The cashier, who was irritating enough coz she had a mask on so I could hardly hear her, asked if I wanted instant noodle. Since you asked, ok, "maisin" instead then since you have "maisin" for laksa, shouldn't be an issue, then she said no to me. WHY DID YOU ASK?!

I waited for 5 minutes, they brought everything but the eggs. I asked, was told they are boiling them (without checking). Waited for another 5 minutes, I walked up to the counter and asked. All 3 staff looked at each other and realised no one has done it! I was too mad by then had lost all my appetite. I didn't want to create a scene there. I left without eating my noodle and only had half a toast.

I want to urge everyone to support only businesses that are serious about their businesses. That includes hiring staff who take their work seriously, value their customers and equip them with proper training!!

If you happen to know anyone working in Toastbox at a corporate level, please, relay my message across! I want to make sure I am heard this time and leave an impact! :(
