Ashita ni Mukatte - Lyrics and English Translation
Awwww. . . Arashi's roots! "Ashita ni Mukatte" is the B side to their first single, "A.RA.SHI". It's a bright, optimistic song, but to be honest, there's very little depth to it. There are no solo parts, and the voices of Chibi Arashi aren't particularly distinctive.
It's a valuable song, though, in that you see how much they've progressed over the years. Their voices have improved, and they're given much more musically interesting songs to sing these days. My how they've grown! XD

Oh, oh!!! I do have one thing!!! I had a bit of a "Lost In Translation" (LIT) moment on that first line:
ashita ni mukatte ikite yuku no sa
We live for tomorrow
You hear a long string of Japanese, and my translation for it is only four words long? It's like that scene in LIT, where Bill Murray's character listens to the Japanese director rattling off a long string of directives in Japanese and the translator says, "He says, 'Please, do more slowly.'" ^^;;;; Yeah, one of those moments. The literal translation for the line would be something like: "We live in order to head towards tomorrow" which sounds fugly in English. So sorry, I ended up giving you a LIT translation: "We live for tomorrow" . *waves and dodges bricks* XD
