FUCK YEAH ENGLAND FUCK YEAH SPAIN FUCK YEAH GERMANY FUCK NO FRANCE

What an amazing night of football these Euro 2012 qualifiers were :D

(even though all the matches I wanted to watch were once again more or less at the same time. Belgium - Germany, Liechstentain - Spain, England - Bulgaria (and France - Belarus)... which means a battle of the streams was very much possible. And it happened, sort of. I managed to have three streams on two laptops at the same, without too much problems (one would stop a few seconds and starts again once in a while.) No, the problem was that watching three matches at the same time is bloody confusing XD Especially when three of the teams were red shirts and/or shirts. At one time, I was watching Spain and Germany at the same time. Once, one guy in red got booked, I thought for a moment that it was Sergio Ramos, but in fact, it was in the Germany match. Sergio did get told off by the referee though. In the end, I was so focused on England and Spain that I had to close Germany (I wasn't watching it to be honest and it meant better streams for the two other matches.) Watching two matches was still extra confusing and I think I spent more time watching England than Spain XD)

So the results XD

FUCK YEAH ENGLAND

FUCK YEAH ENGLAND DID GOOD TONIGHT.  ! 4 - 0 !

Compared to the friendly against Hungary a month ago, what we saw was a totally different England, with players who played together, who went for goals, who scored. They were good ! (Seriously, it surprised me.) There are still stupid mistakes here and there but this is so different from how England played in the WC. It's almost jarring. Of course, this had to do with the presence of players that hadn't been selected for the WC (Theo Walcott, Adam Johnson, Joe Fucking Hart.) and this just underlines the bad choice of the manager in not selecting these players.

Hattrick for Jermaine Defoe (4' , 61', 86'), Rooney assist. for the last two. (Rooney who played well tonight, I was also surprised.) And what beautiful goal these were. I have a soft spot for the second goal, which he shot between the legs of the goalie <333
First goal with England for Adam Johnson (83') who got a nice big hug from his captain as a reward (awwww <3)

Oddly enough I did not even see the first goal live because at the same time (give or take a few seconds), Torres scored for Spain. This is what happened.

" Wait, what ? Torres scored ? FUUUUUCK YEAH HE'S BACK BITCHES... *glances at the England* Wait, what ? Did the ball go in ? Did England just scored ? WTF ? What am I supposed to watch ? *replays being showed at the same time* FUUUUUUUUU- "

Joe Hart had a fantastic match as well, saving England's arse many times (including the one time when Glen Johnson almost scored an own goal. What the fuck are you doing Glen ? o_o). I might hate the fact that he's playing for Shitty but boy is he good ! Just what was Capello thinking during the WC ? It could have been such a different WC  for England with Hart as the goalie.

(On a sad note, Michael Dawson was injured during the match, tangle of legs and awkward and painful bending of his knee. It wasn't not pretty to watch. I just hope it's not serious :\)

Stevie was awesome as usual, playing in the middle where he likes it and where he excels. He did not score this time but he doesn't need to ;) (And don't argue with the ref when it's obvious you've committed a foul, dammit ! -_-)

Weird commentaries from Setanta Sports. I swear I heard 'Liverpool' many times DX. Also 'They are CB who like to be bent' ? What the fuck does that mean ? (If I heard that right. Could be my mind hearing dirty things.)

So good match for England. (I'm almost supporting them, that's weird. I mostly watch for Stevie, I think. And maybe some other players. And maybe I was bouncing and dancing at the end of the match. Maybe I literally flailed when I saw the videos of the team training on Thursday. Maybe.)

FUCK YEAH SPAIN ! 4-0 !

FUCK YEAH TORRES SCORED TONIGHT. TWICE. AND NO INJURY.

:DDDDD

I did not see the entirety of the match, got sidetracked by England. What I saw on the other hand was rather positive for Spain (although considering who they were facing...), with most of the first half and debut of the second were spent in the opponents' half. I swear Spain must have had 80-90% possession of the ball XD.

The highlights of this match were of course the two Torres goals :D Two beautiful goals and this means only one thing : HE GOT HIS GROOVE BACK FUCK YEAH.  (Now, be nice and score many goals for Liverpool, plz !)  It's nice to see him scoring and being so happy to score (Oddly, he did seems a bit underwhelmed or calm when Villa scored the second goal. I found it funny XD)

Torres was subbed just after his second goal and was replaced by David Silva who scored as well. For the moment, he picked up no injury and this is what's important. He's looking more fit than in a long time, he's looking quite happy (the interview at the end of the match was cute, even though I can't understand a word of Spanish >>) and this is good for him. I still was worried as fuck everytime he was fouled and/or fell. Fabulous but fragile. (And nerve-wracking !)

Sergio Ramos can be one of the best defender at the moment and yet sometimes he does some very very stupid fouls and end up giving stupid free kicks (like Liverpool ! -_- I swear I heard  Liverpool being namedropped during the  Spain match, as well. One track-mind match, much ?).  I see that when he plays for Spain and when he plays for Real Madrid. (I've seen more of him in RM though.) Fortunately, in both cases, they have an amazing goalkeeper. San Iker~

I did not see it but apparently, the end of the match was quite funny because Piqué (and Sergio ?) absolutely wanted a goal and did everything to score one in his particular way of his XD

FUCK YEAH GERMANY ! 1-0 !

I saw very little of the match so I can't say much about it. Klose was the one who scored, which is awesome :D
I need to download this match (and the two others) ASAP.
1-0 might seem a little low for Germany but from what I read they might be suffering from the same problem as the Bayern i.e. play well but can't put the ball in.

FUCK NO FRANCE ! 0-1 !

France failed again. And it's not even funny. A draw would have been such a better outcome but in the end, France let Belarus scored (86'). It can be explained very easily though. France hasn't got back its best players yet (suspended (Ribery&Gourcuff) or injured (Benzema&Nasri)) and these new young players aren't used to play together. Laurent Blanc has the strenuous task to put back France on its feet and qualify for Euro 2012 only one or two months after the WC drama. If he succeeds, good for him. It's still hard to believe for the supporters.

I don't support France but I can be sympathetic towards some of the players :\

Related note : PLAYERS, STOP FALLING YOUR ASS ON YOUR OWN.
It's amazing the number of players I see trip and fall on their own. And if it's not raining, you've got no excuse ! (and if you're diving, it's worse !)

On a totally unrelated note, since I won't post again before Monday, I have to say now that I'm leaving on holidays (sort of) on Monday and I won't have Internet for four days. It means that I will miss the matches on Tuesday (FML). I'm going to be nervous on Tuesday night.
