I lost a contact lens. TT and i was trying to wait to order new glasses and contacts until my insurance kicked in on May 5. Old glasses r 2 weak.

In other news, I am trying out contacts.  I go back in a week to see how they are working.  I was leary getting them last year but after running around with the weight of glasses on for the last year, I decided that I would like to give them a chance.  It's kind of weird wearing them but I think I can get used to them.

A feeling I haven't had in a long time has returned.  The urge to clean my room from top to bottom has finally returned!  It used to happen three or four times a year but it disappeared not long after I got out of college (and has only happened once or twice).  Unfortunately, I'm going out soon and won't be back until much later.  I hope I still ( Read more... )

Because, while at work, it felt like the day was never going to end.  And now that I'm home, I'm feeling a little sick in my stomach.  Like I might have a stomach bug.  More than likely, though, I ate too much (especially sweet things) because my brother was basically having a birthday party and all these sweet things are sitting around.

Rather abruptly, Monday became more interesting when the fire alarm went off.  And just a few minutes later, a fire truck showed up.  Ah, the joys of being just down the road from the fire station.  ^_^

 It seems like it has been while since made a post.  Okay, there was one day I accidently forgot to private lock an entry for my nanowrimo novel.  That doesn't count.

Just got back from the Texas Renfest.  This was the best time I ever had there.  Photos will be posted for f-list soon (next couple of days) plus some video.  In the meantime, I need to shower.  I am covered in Renfest and cigarette smoke.
