For a quick re-cap: I went in for surgery on a Wed and was supposed to be released on Friday. I developed an unexpected infection/fever and stayed until Tues. That suck. It is official. I go in for back surgery next Friday. I expect to be in until Sunday, but with my anesthesia issues, possibly longer. We will see. With any luck, my mom will come out next week to help. Right now I am resigned and a bit nervous ( Read more... )

The appt with the neurologist was thorough but resulted in more tests, more drugs, and more waiting. Hopefully my appt next week will move us forward a bit.

To keep myself busy I have been doing lots of homework, working on the hood, and making necklaces for the Queen's box.
