Took long enough.

My second YesAsia order finally came. The first one took two weeks, the second took three and a half. Yeah, and since they didn't really answer my question when I emailed them, I have bascially two identical copies except for the DVD formats being different and the Taiwan version includes just a little white lyrics sheet in trad. Chinese along with the English booklet, while the HK one has an actual Chinese booklet along with the English one.

Also got myself some vinyls on Friday. The Let It Be... Naked one is really cool. It comes with a nice booklet and an extra 7" disc. I love the original Let It Be album, but this one's great, too. The version of Across the Universe on it is definitely my favourite.

The store's pretty sparse on Beatles when I go, but they have a ton of cool stuff and old and recent/recent-ish vinyls. They have a Japanese pressing of a Paul McCartney album, but it's $40 and I didn't recognize many songs. The Let It Be... Naked was new, sealed for $39, the Abbey Road was old (not sure from what year), but had some check marks on the back, but it was $15. I got an old Rubber Soul in great condition for $39 and an unsealed, old, but in great condition, still with the poster insert, of Paul McCartney & Wings' Band on the Run for $5. I'd like to get some Johnny Cash ones, but they never have any good ones lol.

Lots of Ayumi Hamasaki news right now 'cause she's releasing a new album. The Microphone clip sounded okay, but I couldn't get through the Don't Look Back clip. Her voice is just... gah D:

I hate when people post downloads and don't give any information about them. Like, genre, for example, would be a huge fucking help. Maybe even a little description, or similar artists. I hate downloading something only to find it's uter crap and nothing I would even remotely like.

ayumi hamasaki, beatles, sa ding ding, shopping, music, life
