Albuquerque in 1000 Words or Less

The garden whose care I am charged with.

And the other direction; notice my car and the Sandia Moutians in the background.

In this shot you can see the mini-trashcan-watertowers.

They provide the gravitational push to run this drip-irrigation system. Without intentional water supply, nothing much grows here.

Okay, and this is the school where I will be teaching. We plan to paint the school name on the top of the wall at some point.

The humble school entryway.

An obstruction to my classroom door.

What can I say. It's an old building. The hallways are narrow, not to mention the doors, and I don't play the piano worth a hoot.

There is good educational psychology around the curved desk configuation to support student discussion.

The reading nook. Anyone recognize the artwork?

The a close up of the teachers desk and toes.

What can I say? I am proud of my teaching license so I hung it on the wall. I might look into getting my New Mexico license, too.

An original carpet square rug designed by yours truly.

Anybody else for book reviews from the last post?

Much Love,
Laura
