Yeah :DD white and red [/pink/orange]. It's really hard to find good layouts from those available for a plus account, and I think the ones with the cartoon kitten at the top are adorable, but it's so narrow, none of the pictures fit in it D:

I want him back too... SO MUCH AWESOME! They writers have created an insane paradox that I want explained. How can one be so badass yet get killed so awesome, notably by a middle aged History teacher and a seventeen year old school girl?

THIS MADE ME LOL SO HARD. But seriously, this is true and I shall never understand it. Maybe it's because Elijah is so highly a man of his word that he absolutely doesn't expect something like this to happen, which is basically back-stabbing. However, he himself went back on his word at the crucial moment (although the importance that this show puts of family suggests that every single character would understand why)!
TVD is the only show where I have had OTPs, mostly I ship a bit of this and a bit of that.
Haha, I'm the exact opposite, I usually ship fiercely and stick to my ship, regardless of what happens to it. TVD is actually the only show where I seem to ship everyone/everyone because they're all ~stunning characters in their own right and have amazing dynamics. AND YES, MOAR LEXI PLZ.
My favourite outcome would a girl/woman from the past or present falling head over heels in love with KatOoh, ( ... )

Well, with me, TVD is the only show where they have created romantic dynamics that I love enough to pledge my eternal loyalty. Although, I have to say, while I ship D/K like crazy, I also ship Kat/the wallpaper.

AGREED. Bring him back and stop killing him! Who's left to kill him, anyway? Hasn't everyone had a turn? And dude, Elijah, melt that dagger down already. It doesn't work on Klaus, it's only hurting you! However, I will say that I hope Elijah maintains his position of chaotic neutral/badass. I don't want him to get too chummy with the Mystic Falls gang and be metaphorically defanged. And really, from a story POV, he can't be on their side too much or he solves all problems. Unless the other Originals are a problem, because then you need at least one Original on your side. Am I making sense?
Also, Damon/Alaric please.

Hahaha, THIS IS SO TRUE. WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO HIM, SHOW? I think Elijah's basic problem in this scenario is that being a man of his word he sort of expects other people to keep their word as well, which they totally don't [even though I think Elena totally would have, if the circumstances hadn't turned out like they did]. And that last scene with not-killing Klaus doesn't count as him breaking his word imo because in this show family >>>>> everything else. But I definitely get your Elijah!analysis, I think most of his bamfness lies in his elusiveness and civility (so different from Klaus, who seems very 21st century) and you feel the power somehow. AND OMG, OTHER ORIGINALS, TOTALLY FORGOT ABOUT THEM. But yes, our island of misfit toys will definitely need Elijah!

It´s about time we get the party started! 4 days!!!!! to go - I thought this hiatus would never end. I confess, I was busier this year and didn´t read as much fanfic and didn´t spend as much time in the fandom like last summer hiatus still, the excitement is growing.
Caroline/ Stefan - ITA, I love them! and while I could sit through all scenes in my little selective re-watch the other day I really don´t get Tyler/ Caroline, I just don´t. They came out of nowhere while Stefan/ Caroline has so much potential!!!
Interesting though with a little break and watching it all unfold at once the 2nd part of s2 isn´t that bad. It suddenly made sense and all but it was kind of horrible to watch back in spring week by week. If that makes sense *LOL*

I thought this hiatus would never end.
YOU AND THE REST OF THE FANDOM. Like, wow, they've been away for so long D: And I really hope they don't go on mid-season hiatuses. The second season was so broken, imo. The good thing for me was that I joined this fandom during the hiatus after 2x11 so I had a lot to watch without having to wait :D
Stefan/Caroline are ~flawless, basically. I love how fun they are! I'm not invested in Tyler/Caroline but basically I'm good with Caroline/anyone who realizes how awesome she is. And the hot promos have kind of got me excited about them!
I knowww, it totally makes sense! I'm so not used to waiting and I'm going to have a terrible time this year in the week-by-week viewing DD:
