Today was a really good day. It was the first day since I was in Orlando I've felt entirely well and up to living life.
I got the Succah taken down myself.
I went on a very long search for a duffel bag to replace the falling apart cardboard box the Succah originally came in and in which we've been storing the poles for the past three or four years.
I had a late lunch, so when my parents decided to go to an early dinner, I decided to just take it easy and be by myself, something I haven't done on a Sunday in well over a month.
I was switching between the office with my computer and watching the various games on offer on the television in my room.
At one point, getting up from my chair to run into my room to catch a play or two, I felt my back go out as I was getting up. I was frozen for a few moment. I hobbled into the bathroom and immediately took one of the Vicodins I'd been prescribed after my lithotripsy and had only taken one.
This is just perfect. I finally get all healed up from the last health debacle and my back goes out.
