Boy! There are some really intense episodes on disc 4. I was going to skip watching tonight, but the demon drew me in.
ROUTE 666 - I found this episode VERY scary. The driverless truck reminded me a lot of the early Steven Spielberg movie Duel that had a driverless truck chasing Dennis Weaver on the highway. Both were so menacing.

I loved the way Sam smirked every time he looked at Dean and Cassie together. If either
casey28 or
supernutjapan read this and could make me an icon of Sam's smirk, I would love you forever. The woman who played Cassie's mother is a very good actress. OMG! Dean had an actual love scene in this episode. Great episode.
NIGHTMARE - I love stories involving telekinesis. They always remind me of Stephen King's Carrie. I loved it when Carrie "threw" the knives at her mother.

The telekinetic boy, Max, is a wonderful actor. I'd like to see him in something else. So Sam has the ability to move things, too. Does he always have this power or was it only in this episode? His painful headaches were painful to watch. Another excellent episode.
THE BENDERS - If I'm not mistaken,
mews1945 considered this a very scary episode. She's right, it is. The woman cop has incredible blue eyes. They don't look human and I thought she was going to turn out to be a creature of some kind. I wonder if she was wearing contacts. That was one crazy f*cked up family and Missy was particularly creepy. Dean said, "Demons I get, people are crazy." He's got that right. What a sub-human bunch. I really loved this episode.
SHADOW - Uh-oh, Meg is back and that can't be good. Is she still around after this season? I was holding my breath while Sam was climbing up the elevator shaft. Thought for sure the elevator was going to start moving. Ackk! It was so sad when John split up with the boys at the end and went off on his own. :'(
Two discs, six episodes, to go.......
