So I just came back from track practice a while ago and I was so tired! That workout was so hard. At some point I didn't even want to keep going and I was beginning to believe that I should just give up. It was the first practice of the summer so of course I was not in a good shape as I used to be when we were in school.
When we started running up the bleachers I almost wanted to cry. It was that bad! I just felt like my lungs would collapse. When I stopped my friend yelled " It's okay ! Keep going! You're almost there! Just keep a picture of Hey!Say!JUMP in your head!" Oh my friends, they know me too too well.
Anyways I ended up getting through the workout, but my question is...
What keeps you guys motivated and going when you just feel like you want to give up?
I would really like to know. Maybe it can even help me!
