"I will accept a Russian passport only together with democracy", says Mihail Chemiakin, Russian emigre painter and sculptor, in an interview to Novye Izvestia. In 1971 he was expelled from the USSR, lived in France, then in the USA (where he got the citizenship) and since 2007 again in France.
