You know, I've gotta wonder if the armies of the world don't have something like a case omega, to disperse small arms and munitions away from bases. There are so many situations in which your base might get taken out, wouldn't it be better if you have a day or two's notice that it's likely to disperse small arms outside of bases, keep them effect ( Read more... )
