Went in to work this morning and realized I was spending more time sneezing, coughing, and blowing my nose than I was taking calls. Came home.

Going for a nap.

I've been coming down with some sort of virus, and have had a muscle ache starting in my shoulders for a couple of days now. It was bearable until this morning, when I was reaching under the bathroom sink for some Advil and sneezed at the same time. Suddenly my trapezius spasmed so bad I could hardly move.
