Me post? Never!
So, run down on my life thus far since I can't seem to update or read live journal ever.
First, I realized I miss my friends from highschool, but I'm not even sure if they're really my friends any more, or just people who used to me my friends. I don't see any one any more unless there is a concerted effort to get all of us together. And I know its partly my fault that I don't keep up with people as well as I should.
I graduate in December, and I have no idea of what I'm going to do with my degree. I've been looking for jobs, but I haven't really found anything for my skills set. I'm just going to cross my fingers and keep on looking.
I joined the ballroom dance team and just this weekend had my first competition. It was really fun dispite being so tired I couldn't see straight most of the time. David and I advanced to second round for rumba and swing, and quarter final for rumba on Saturday and we advanced to second round for waltz, tango, and foxtrot. I had a lot of fun and I'm really proud of being part of the team because almost every one placed this weekend and it was a really awesome showing. :-D
My grandfather is moving out of his house and into an appartment. I think its really getting to him that he can't take care of the house any more. I inherited his and my grandmother's bedroom furniture. I don't know how I feel about it. Its really beautiful,and when I get married I'll have a really nice set to take with me. I just miss the furniture I had because I've always had it and it was my mother's before it was mine, just sort of figured I'd always have it to pass on to future generations. We also got the secretary desk that my mom has always liked. It came complete with a collection of every pair of glasses my grandparents ever owned.
Any way, thats the (fairly)short version of whats been going on with my life since I posted last.
