On August 29, 2001, I got the bottom part done, just a few days before I started my first year of undergrad. Jebus, I have so much energy lately! I love it! I'm staying active, and it's all good. I'm jumping on my trampoline 10 minutes everyday, and it's doing miracles for me. So I'm on the seventh day of a fast. It has only been water and teas and onion broth, though I dropped the onion broth after the 3rd day. I had a bowl of rice on day five and a salad on day sixth, but that was because I was hoping to get my digestive system going...with no luck.
