ugh
im in need of a vacation.
that being said, im taking up yachting.
ok, not really, im just leaving for the weekend with my parents, taking the boat to cape charles. im excited because i get to be away from EVERYTHING. & i have books to read that will complete the trip, not only will i be physically away, but i plan on being mentally away as well! (ta-ta). im going to live in a semi-dreamlike state, you can really have no idea what it feels like to be suspended among the waves with sunlight reflecting back at you, as reality starts to slip away...
well, maybe not. anything can be made to sound grand, as long as you use the perfect wording. im just trying to get myself stoked on it. i worry too much about everything so ive found that actually realizing that i am going away this weekend & there are things back home that i wish i could make sure got done... but, i need to loosen up. i used to think my sister was the uptight one. seems to me im so tense you couldnt pull a needle out of my ass with a tractor. i just had to delete all of that because i wrote "pull a tractor outta my ass with a needle", then i looked at it & had a good laugh... if i ever had a tractor in my ass... ugh... eh...
yes, im going to go bike riding & take out the dinghy (haha i love that word & the dinghy). the dinghy is awesome, my dad taught me how to drive it... i could fit 5 of my friends on it. i want to take it to one of those tiny little islands & then live there. or just hang out. yehhhhhhhh...
i actually havent gotten my books yet... i havent picked them out. i want something fantastical!
oh yes, city council elections are going on here right now. i passed 2 signs this morning on my way to work that made me crack UP. it was the names. one dudes name is Koalewitch. the other is Uhrin. koalewitch & uhrin. koala witch & urine. heh.
