so i made a bid on a house i saw on tuesday night. it's a great house. they have already accepted my offer. the house is cheaper than what i have looked at but has everything i want, which i am definitely a fan of. problem is... termites. they have had them in 2003 and 2007. no matter what annually i will have to spend $300 on having terminex come ( Read more... )
