so i made a bid on a house i saw on tuesday night. it's a great house. they have already accepted my offer. the house is cheaper than what i have looked at but has everything i want, which i am definitely a fan of. problem is... termites. they have had them in 2003 and 2007. no matter what annually i will have to spend $300 on having terminex come out and do an inspection. i am pending the Terminex documents to find out what all they did and how bad it was. and then of course we will be having a full inspection of the house.
