Ah yes, that is one of my favorite lines from Ghostbusters. Sheesh it was on TV the other day when Brian was at the house. It's such a funny freakin' movie. Definitely the best movie ever made.
Dad started chemo this week. He has done good with it. I took him to J-boro for a renal ultrasound Wednesday and we just goofed off afterwards. We went and ate at Fuji and test drove a Charger for me. I should be breaking even in April of 09 on my car and could afford to trade my in. I love my car but man it's a beast getting 2 kids in and out of 2 door Mustang. I won't go any higher on my payment than I'm making now though.
For my rant of the day, I'm gonna hit on gas prices. Hurricane Ike hit through the Gulf today and gas prices have jumped exponentially. Oil prices are down lower than they have been since April but oil executives still find a way to stick it to us. These people don't give a damn about anybody but themselves and their pocketbooks. They find any excuse to raise prices (especially since oil is down).
Went and ate lunch with Shanley at school today. Aww cheeseburger hamburger helper. It was actually pretty good. Plus I have had Addy here all day. We took a nap together for 2 hours. I was really shocked she let me sleep that long but I feel pretty good. Nikki took today off b/c we planned on painting the spare room but that didn't happen. She had a luncheon at the prison that took a lot longer than she thought it would. Maybe we'll get that done tonight.. and maybe not.
