I held multiple meetings, publish my notes, talk personally with everyone involved and still there were changes that production was doing that I failed to include in the latest controller revision because no one told me. Luckily, the missed change is simple to do as a post reflow operation and the very short production schedule was not effected. The out going controller is totally functional, it just takes more steps to produce.

For me the missing change is just have another item I have for the next revision.
