In a hush-hush move, the Mexican Senate today passed a law allowing for personal possession of such substances as marijuana, ecstasy, cocaine, and heroin. V.Fox, good buddy of GWB, is expected to sign the bill, as it was his party that introduced it. Appearently, our State Dept. had no idea and is scrambling for "more information."
Pants down? Remember how freakin pissed BushCo was with Canada when they mentioned at a white house kegger that they were thinking about legalizing marijuana, and now here's our other neighbor allowing for a situation that might turn Mexico into a Led Zeppelin concert circa 1979. Well, at least we know where the Bush Twins will be this spring break (rim shot).
