My boys are awesome.
A few days ago we were at the check out stand at the lumber store and I turn to see Micah standing off to the side of the automatic opening doors. He had the paint hat given to him by an employee on the tip of a copper pipe we were buying and he was holding it out in front of the sensors to get the door to open even though there "wasn't anyone there".
Silas' kinder garden teacher saw Shaun the other day and told him that Silas is such an amazingly helpful and wonderful and good kid. She absolutely adores him. But the other day she caught him crawling out from under a bathroom stall door after he had locked it from the inside. She wonders if he was just being sneaky or if his brother put him up to it. After all, she says, that is something Micah (she had him in her class 2 years earlier) would totally do. *snicker*
