So... something happened between yesterday and this morning to make me almost completely lose my voice. I can't talk in my normal register almost at all and the only way I really CAN talk is if I pitch my voice way lower and more towards the back of my throat than normal, which gives it just the smallest tinge of a pleasant growly quality ( Read more... )

Whew, I'm home again.  I'm so glad I left today instead of tomorrow - I'm looking forward to having an extra full day to run around Austin and just enjoy the Austin-ness, even if it did mean leaving later than I would have liked and nearly hitting a deer on the way from Lubbock to Austin.  -_-;;  Boy would that have been awesome, except not.
