Comfortable working height top
Space for mini-fridge and microwave
Fits in both a van and most elevators
Casters that will roll well on carpet
"Lid" that becomes a table surface
Storage for things
Operates off a 15A circuit
Power available on top

Most of my team did an excellent job of handling things while I was stuck in day-job hell.
