Keep meaning to do this - would like to welcome Ceindreadh to the list of Irish people on LJ that I know. Ceindreadh is a graduate of UCG and ex-gamer... we met while in college, and both of us were involved in FanSci and the foundation thereof. More than that - you'll have to pry out of her!!

Just finally finished catching up on my friends Livejournal posts - oh my gods, how did I end up with that many people on my friends list? But it was good to catch up!

Got stitches out yesterday, bumped into Niamh & Liz and chatted for a while before going to the Knitting & Stitching Show. It was okay, not the best, but I got a Sasha Kagan Waistcoat pattern and book, some of the patterns are really cool and quite doable ( Read more... )

Spent part of the day trying to choose a perfume - easier said than done, mum gave me perfume money so that I could get a perfume to chase the blues away if I had to do Chemo that I didn't have to smell of hospital, problem is that a lot of perfumes smell wrong on me, they don't perform as they should and I end up smelling off, to me anyway. So I get this phone call today, results are back from the blood tests and they're not "happy" with my liver function - visit to Doctor tomorrow.
