I've decided, out of sheer boredom, to throw together a list of the conventions I've attended and all the posts that pertain to them.  I'm not going to include those about the events leading up to the convention or any whining about not going, just reports about the events themselves.  This is mostly for my own personal reference.

Well.  I just came back from the oddest convention weekend ever.  Not that I've been to many other conventions to make a fair comparison, but I'm betting Torchsong certainly set some sort of record.   We had one man standing by the end of the con.

Okay, technically 13 days.  But I wasn't online yesterday.

What is Torchsong?  It's a convention/cabaret evening devoted to the BBC show Torchwood, the spin-off from Doctor Who.  I love the character of Captain Jack Harkness, and the opportunity to meet the actor, John Barrowman, was too good to pass up.  Apparently, he doesn't get to the US often, ( Read more... )
