I'm not sure about this whole theory. The government, especially in America, is too busy exploiting its own citizens, let alone sniffing out the wizard community.

Then again, perhaps they ARE looking for us, and will put our magic into the machines and plot a mass genocide.

Just think of what could happen if those are infused with wizard magic.

Especially if wizards are not defined as "human", thereby making the "three laws" the muggles are so proud of a loophole for warfare.

Unfortunately such an outcome would result, as predicted, in a genocide of the wizarding community. And as muggles are the creators of the robots and the three laws, the chances of being able to reprogram the robots to no longer register a muggle as a human are incredibly unlikely.
