Here is how it is supposed to work. Chris Bowers over at MyDD put a list together of Republicans running for re-election this fall, then created a set of links associating each name with an article about that candidates involvement in some scandal or another, with the goal being to drive the articles Google rankings up so that when someone searches for information on their local candidates, they'll get back information about the Republican's misdeeds.
