Pain Points

Our CEO just stormed into our office (the one I share with my boss), all irate, yelling that the sales team is not selling his product because they don't have the right materials from us. Of course, we don't have the technical specs or a demo of the product, because it's broken and not ready for market. Hmmm.

I'm annoyed, because it's the first time he's yelled at me directly, and it seems unjustified. I've been cranking out all sorts of marketing shmooz on the product. Trouble is, every time I go to test it, something breaks. My marketing copy muse is not thrilled.

But hey, not all is bad: I started a weight-training program at my gym this week. Ok, this cute trainer suckered me into it. But that's the inspiration I've needed. I just worked out seven mornings in a row, and I'm still feeling the aches and pains from that sculpting class on Wednesday. Aches? My calves are screaming, almost as loudly as the hamstrings. And it's been two days, oy. But hey, I'm going to be in *amazing* shape for skiing season.
