All in all, last week went okay: managed 3 mornings of stretching (pretty good after weeks of nothing, I think), made my annual word count goal, and crossed off a lot of my weekly goals. Actually, despite a few minor setbacks, last week was a pretty good week: high word count (mostly on Charms), lost weight, and the infection from the tooth of doom is in check. Last week was a huge challenge. At the beginning of the week, the whole food plan thing was derailed by peeps, of all things, and the end of the week tanked because we were running around...for THREE days! Last week was an odd one. I made that 25 pound goal then the rest of the week was a fight-my weight was all over the place over the weekend.
