This is my latest poem and my first submission into this community. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Mother, Earth

She is like autumn,
Leave-limbs turning
Like the tide,
To swell in orange
And recede to the earth
In hues of abdication.

She cries like winter,
Icicle tears glistening
From somber grey skies.
The promise of warmth,
Renewal, buried in drifts,
Within ribs, the core of all things.

She loves like the spring,
Fragile and reaching out
To embrace the sun.
Budding beneath storms
Of emotion, she is the
River, swollen with life.

And in the summer, she is reborn.
