Tony Blair is completely insane. He supports the banning of hooded tops as an excellent move towards restoring respect in society.

I might agree with a ban on those jackets you get that look like a corduroy blazer with a hoodie underneath, but really just have little bits of hoodie-fabric stitched onto the jacket. But anything else is just
