ITEM! the listing for sunday's inspector morse repeat on itv3 didn't really help me identify the story: "a dead body is linked to oxford university" ( - it turned out to be "the last enemy" w/barry foster, michael aldridge & beaty edney - a headless body was found in the canal etc ) ( - not a bad 'un, imo ) - i'm obv of an age now where i'd rather watch an old inspector morse than a repeat of star wars...
ITEM! but i did catch the last 20 mins of return of the jedi on sunday ( - while waiting for strictly come dancing to start ) - i was surprised at how bad an actor the bloke who played lando galrissian was - he almost made harrison "plank of wood" ford seem gompetent - tho the winner of the worst actor ever to appear in a star wars movie award still goes to hayden "whiny streak of p*ss" christiansen - playing anakin "the mannequin" skywalker - mind you, he's even worse as bob dylan in factory girl, which = a pretty bluddy awful flick all round ( its only saving grace being sienna miller's star turn as edie s )
ITEM! q: "riddle me this, batman: when is a person like a piece of wood...?" a: "when he's a ruler" - the riddler meant king boris, who was visiting gotham city on a goobwill mission - but i couldn't help thinking of harrison ford - holy ham solo, batman...!

ITEM! iacgmooh: i dunno abt snakes & spiders etc but janice dickinson = pretty bluddy frightening ( goob value for money tho ) - unless she performs strongly in tonite's bushtucker trial ( after bottling the first one ) the viewers will probly vote for her to do the next one ( & the one after that & the one after that ) - in which case i bet she doesn't last a week before she walks ( - i think it's 10 days before they start being voted out )
