tired of playing!
finding a home really sucks. We decided we really didn't like #1, fell in love with #2, then #2 turns out to already have two people vying for contracts. So now we convince ourselves that really #2 wasn't perfect. That #1 isn't bad (if we get it for under X dollars)...
#3 may or may not come on the market in the next few weeks. Guess we'll wait and see.
My new best friend is bechamel. So darn tasty. I'm trying to start using up stuff we have in the cupboard this month... today it's pasta, as well as leftover lasagna parts. One package always leaves 3 or 4 pieces (or an extra layer, but I run out of space!) but I always buy what's on sale, so the pieces are random. Cheese is from Trader Joe's and keeps insisting on growing a sheen of mold, so I shaved it off and am melting it into oblivion. Anyhow, chicken + cheese + bechamel. We'll see.
