winter has finally hit us. There are still hopes for a snow day this year... in the meantime my eyes are itchy and awful because I'm trying to wear contacts more and contacts + space heater blowing on me = terrible dryness. Of course the office people can't manage to heat the office with the actual HVAC.
The condo dude still hasn't responded. His agent promised to call our agent back within the hour... about 20 hours ago. ??? Either the agent is incompetent (possible) or the guy doesn't want to sell (likely). We are faxing over offer withdrawals just in case. This is nuts.
Possibly good, there may (or not) be a very large loft coming up in a week or two.. it might be out of our price range, but if it's affordable, we could probably like in 1500 square feet way longer than in 950. It's all up in the air though.
