We made an offer on condo #1 last night. Only 7% below asking price. We also saw another very nice (and up to date) condo, though it had low ceilings and a less interesting layout and no gas/electricity included in condo fees. So if this doesn't work...
I had tons of crazy dreams about our low offer going through last night and then woke up to terrible cramps at 3 am. Ugh.

HAHA.. Um. So it appears our offer was basically flat out rejected. They countered with full price. No way we want to pay full price for this one - it's not THAT super... boo. What to do now?!

Okay, so really now they want to play. ??? how irritating. They lowered the price 5K, but that's way more than we are willing to deal with still. There's a nice(r) condo for just 1K less than THAT, so, uh... why bother with this? We are standing firm that we cannot afford that.
