Woke up around 1300, drank breakfast (protein shake and coffee) and performed the daily bloggage. Weight and BG were both down, and I finally got under 390 for the first time this month. Not a good week. Committed an egregious act of dietary stupidity Tuesday night which kept me up most of the night and made what little sleep I got restless.
