I've never been very good at memorizing the muscle names. I just don't do names that well. I can make some guesses based on the Latin names but that's about the best I can do.

There was much, much fun had over the weekend in Long Beach, WA. Well, at least when everyone got there. Having an overturned truck in Nisqually made one couple with two kids take 9 hours to get there. I'm glad they didn't explode. We had plenty of food and plenty of fun. It can be quite annoying when one's sensitivity to light exceeds the light output from one's monitor. Sensitivity to light being defined as the amount of light that causes one's head to ache/throb and either not get better or get worse. Bleh ( Read more... )

I'm going to be playing a d20 derived game for the first time in a long time today. Last time I play d20, it was AD&D v1. I just don't generally play level-based games. After picking up the PS/2 (that's Sony, not IBM) today, I decided that it would probably be best to pick up a cheaper soft pad that might die quickly rather than an expensive hard pad that would last longer. We had an amusing time at gaming tonight. We started off with a game of Gloom while cindygerb fixed some really good Chicken Peanut Stew. • My bus today had an advertisement that said that it has WiFi on the bus. That's really nifty as well as really odd. It's similar to the first time that I saw a 5-pack of writable DVDs in the checkout line at Fred Meyer's.
