Fri. Aug 3:
Pilates: 2 full sets bent knee, 2 full sets straight legged (non-consecutive)
Aerobics: minimal (I didn't feel like finishing with crunches)
Planking: 2 min. without breaking
Yard Work: 4 hours (non-consecutive)

I'm counting the yard work, because it was very involved, although it was more strength training type stuff that I really don't want to get too much of before reaching my weight goal.
I may still go on a bike ride tonight, but as most of the yard work was done during the day in 100 degree heat, I'm feeling a bit tired at the moment.
