Lost another pair of jeans tonight to a hole in the ass. I'm gonna start up my exercise routine again, but this time, I'm making records.
Thurs. Aug 2:
Current weight: 165
Target weight: 150 (to achieve by Oct. 13)
Jogging time: 30min (no stopping)
Walking time: 30min
The weather is my biggest obstacle, as it has been way too hot during the day to exercise for the amount of time I'd like at the level of fitness (or lack their of) at which I am, currently. Add to that all of my evening activities, like choir practice, are back in session, which means I either have to hope for cloud cover earlier in the evening, like today, or I have to start an early morning routine.
I thought about waking up early, doing my exercise, then going back to bed, but given the relatively short times I'm aiming for per day, it'd probably get me energized rather than wear me out enough to go back to bed.
Decisions, decisions...
